Percentage of Return
A fixed fee of 20% plus GST, meaning you pay on our performance. Simple!
Guaranteed Monthly Return
We want to make this as simple as possible. If you like a guaranteed higher return we’ll negotiate a monthly payment. You can expect a 10% higher monthly return compared to long term renting.
