We manage everything for you. Listing your property, all guest communications, check-in, cleaning, garden maintenance, linen, restocking and more.
You earn between 20 – 50% more with your property on short stay accomodation. Our team analyse and optimise pricing to increase occupancy and return.
You tell us how often you would like your property rented. Use your properties whenever you like, just let us know and we’ll have it ready for you, pretty as a picture.
Beautiful photos make better listings. We’ll take pictures which enhance the qualities of your home
Replace essentials and special products provided for guests i.e. Shampoo, conditioner, salt, pepper etc.

A fixed fee of 20% plus GST, meaning you pay on our performance. Simple!
We want to make this as simple as possible. If you like a guaranteed higher return we’ll negotiate a monthly payment. You can expect a 10% higher monthly return compared to long term renting.
