We’re actively growing partnerships beyond the standard booking channels, when people book to stay in Tasmania, we want them to think of Moxxi. We focus on strong listings with professional photos and clear descriptions, dynamic pricing that responds to demand, and quick response times. We also maintain relationships with a large network of regular corporate clients who book directly with us. More visibility, faster responses, and repeat business mean more bookings.

Yes. We handle inquiries, booking confirmations, check-in instructions, and any questions during their stay. If there’s an issue, we sort it. You’ll get updates on what’s happening, but you don’t need to be the one responding at 11pm to questions about the WiFi password.

Minor issues, we sort immediately. Anything major, we’ll keep you in the loop but you can trust it’s handled, you don’t need to coordinate repairs or chase tradies. We manage the situation from start to finish so it doesn’t land on your plate.

Yes, 100%. You’ll get access to your own portal where you can block dates for personal use and check your financials anytime. Your property, your schedule. We work around it.

We manage properties across Launceston, Bridport, St Helens, Port Sorell, Devonport, Burnie, and Hobart. We’re bringing on new areas regularly as we grow, so if your property is somewhere else in Tasmania, get in touch we might be expanding there soon.
